My Focus? YOU !
Hello. I'm Ardra. My name is a palindrome... it's spelled the same backwards and forwards! :-)
And during your real estate purchase or sale, I'll be constantly WORKING HARD ON YOUR BEHALF, looking back and looking ahead.
Every day, to make sure every aspect of your transaction is being handled well, I look backward: to keep the transaction in motion, I'm making followup calls and e-mails.
Every day, I look forward: checking to see that the next step is poised for action and that the next needed professional (inspector, appraiser, etc.) is scheduled in a timely manner. Communication is vital in this role as your advocate. I have established contacts in every necessary area of the real estate sphere. Your transaction IS my priority.
One happy client actually said to me: "You're one of the most industrious people I've ever met! "
And, as a former teacher/adjunct professor, and small business owner, I have 'organization skills' well in hand as well as having a firm grip on the absolute requirement of integrity in inter-personal and business dealings.
Having purchased and sold my own real estate in Indiana, Pittsburgh, PA, Savannah, & Pooler GA, I know from personal experience how important each part of the transaction really is.
I have a long-standing reputation for doing what I say I will do. You can count on me! My clients appreciate my attention to each detail.
My mission is this: to dedicate myself to making sure your purchase or sale of real estate is as smooth and satisfying to you as possible.
I've logged 90 hours of classroom time to earn my Graduate Realtor's Institute Certification (GRI). Fewer than 20% of the Realtors in the USA have this GRI designation.
In addition, in Feb. 2010, I earned my Associate Broker's licence. As you can see, I'm dedicated to as complete a preparation possible to offer you the highest level of service possible !
Please, click on the 'Testimonials' tab to read comments of my customers and clients.
Every real estate agent 'out there' would like a commitment from you to work exclusively with him or her. The decision is yours to make. I regularly provide those inquiring about my services a long list of former clients and those clients' remarks so that they can check my services out for themselves.
Contact me with confidence! You will be respected. Listened to. Fully informed in all aspects. Communicated with regularly. Represented firmly in negotiations. And supported, even after the closing.
These are my standards. I am continuing to build my reputation on them. I look forward to meeting you. No web-site, large or small, can take the place of a dedicated, experienced, personal real estate agent.
And, in case you are wondering... if you are a buyer, my entire repertoire of services is available to you at NO cost whatsoever. Buyers never pay any real estate commission!
CONSIDER THESE: 1. A full-time commitment to YOU.
2. A knowledge of this market, current conditions,
applicable laws, etc.
3. A rare personalized approach.
Let's get together and talk about your home buying and/or selling plans!
Call me at the office (912-826-2800) or on my cell phone (912-220-2687) or send me an e-mail (ardra@heidtburns.com). We'll set-up a time that is easy and convenient for you to meet.
P.S. Please tour through my website. I've outlined some of the services that can be yours when you decide you're ready to make your next move. Your interests and your concerns are my highest priority. I am a 'people person', and I'm prepared to provide above-the-crowd real estate buying or selling assistance to you in a personal and professional way.
LET'S GET ACQUAINTED! :-) HERE'S MORE ABOUT ME:
My daughter, a SCAD graduate, lives near St. Louis, and my son, a Bosch automotive engineer, after living and working in Stuttgart, Germany for 3 years, is now back 'home' in West Boomfield, MI ! My two cats, Shania (pretty calico) and Two-fig (softest long black fur ever) share my home with me.
Here they are:
For 15 years, I owned and managed a stained glass studio in Indiana, designing and fabricating residential glass art as well as numerous series of church windows. Painted portions are kiln-fired for permanency. Here are a couple of photos of my work, which I still enjoy doing on a free-lance basis. In fact, my buyers usually receive a piece of glass art after their closings.

Finally, driving down the road last spring, I had to pull over and snap a photo of these vibrant azaleas bordering one Effingham County home.
Enjoy them !!
